I originally stumbled across this product through a couple different guitar newsletters I receive, and thought it would be a great product for cyclists as well- for races, instruction, training, tips, tricks- anything and everything!

Video Surgeon lets you do several things. For starters, it gives you the ability to download videos that are embedded into sites such as YouTube, Myspace, Facebook, and blogs from all over the interweb! You can also rip video from dvds and rip audio from video!

Then it gives you the ability to slow that video down up to 50% (without changing pitch!) or speed it up, zoom, set loop points and re-watch that same clip over and over until your hearts content!

It's a great way to analyze any video footage, and it's also super easy for the most amateur of computer users to figure out in minutes- it's that simple. Don't believe me? At the moment it's only available for Windows users- personally, I can't wait for the Mac version to come out- one less reason to use my pc!
