The folks who run Under the Weather are some of the sweetest people I met during the CMWC, and put in an awful lot of hard work on their end to make the event happen so well. I was already familiar with the quality of bags coming out of Toronto from my previous purchase of a Push the Envelope bag a while back, and I'd seen a few Under the Weather products and heard nothing but praise for their bags. I was in the market for a phone holster to go along with my newly aquired bag, and I found one in my preferred bike accessory colors, pink and grey, to match my bike.
I have gotten more use out of this cute little package than any other holster I’ve had. The colors are vibrant (pink velcro! as well as a yellow vinyl lining) and the design is appealing, plus it’s a flexible size (it’s fit every phone I’ve had so far) without being too bulky. The buckles on the back are very clever, as they make it easy to attach or remove the phone holster without having to remove your bag, as well as make it possible to attach it to any number of other items. They are also reinforced with a mysterious but heavy-duty material.
If I could change one thing about the phone holster, I would want there to be more cover at the top, so it could keep the rain out more thoroughly, especially with a larger phone. I understand that the space there is for an antenna, but many of the larger phones which would have one might not even fit in this particular pouch; maybe an extra flap could accommodate smaller cell phones and keep them more protected.
