I was looking for a rear rack since I had a couple different panniers coming, and Topeak sent their Super Tourist DX Tubular Rack w/disc mounts.

This model should fit all frames with disc brakes. I don't have disc brakes, but that's not a problem. It still fits fine, just a tad wider and no big deal. and mounts like most racks do- braze-ons. the bottom is secured near the rear drop-outs and the top is secured towards the top of the seat tube via the silver arms at the top of rack, which adjust to fit your bike.

The Super Tourist DX has a solid fender top, which Topeak also makes several different bags that lock onto- I don't have one, but reading about the bags and this system they look and sound pretty rad. It also comes with two different tail light mounts.

The rack itself is made out of super strong 6061 T-6 Hollow Aluminum which at the same time keeps it pretty light weight- only 1.63 lbs/739 g.

I have to say that the rack was really easy to install, and the two different panniers that came- from two different companies- they both fit fine (and will be reviewed next week!). Overall I'm really stoked, I think it's a great rack with a killer design, and I plan to get many miles out of it!
