Just like their roll-top backpacks, MW comes through with roll-top messenger bags that are just as weather-proof, just as bomb-proof, and come in 3 different sizes to satisfy whatever carrying situation you have.

I use their large Vandal backpack a lot of the time, but there's a lot of times when I don't need to carry a bag full of orders, or a keg... so I decided it'd be best to downsize and went with the Rummy, MW's medium sized messenger bag.

All 3 of their messenger bags will work for everyone thanks to the reversible shoulder strap. I REALLY dig this option since I had surgery on my left shoulder. It's also easy to do being velcro, but the strap is BEEFY! The buckle is too!

If you happened to catch my original review (this is revised), I had a problem with the chest stabalizer... turns out I was the problem.

I need a right shoulder bag since I had my shoulder reconstructed a couple years ago- it hasn't been the same since.

The wide, padded strap EASILY flips around, and isn't going anywhere. I just could not for the life of me figure out how to switch the chest stabalizer. Both sides of the bag have a loop for the corner strap, but no buckle... It's so simple, it's rediculous!

Turns out there's a little slot in the middle of the buckle. Simply push one side of the loop to the slot, and WALLAH! It's ready for the other corner, and the chest stabilizer is set.

You're ready to roll...

Even though I wanted a smaller bag, I still love pockets. I like to keep my bag organized. The Rummy comes through in the pocket department with flying colors.

Popping the clips to open the folded down roll-top lid, I was stoked to find 4 pockets. Nice for a messenger bag! Besides the standard big pocket (that's adjustable with the roll-top!), there's a nice sized zippered pocket underneath the roll-top closure flap. Unzip that, and there's a zippered pocket on each side of the first zippered pocket!

There's another velcro flap under the zipper (for when the bag is rolled up), and when opened reveals 2 smaller pockets, yet big enough for a u-lock! Bam! There's 6 pockets to keep you organized, which I desperately need (ask Cole!).

I mentioned the big pocket being adjustable... Well, if you've never seen a roll-top bag, as well as being able to close like a traditional messenger bag, when lifted and rolled, you've got easy access to the other three pockets with ease. Roll it up, velcro shut, and you're good to go!

To finish it off, If it's night out, there's also a strap to clip on a light.

Completely weatherproof with a lifetime warranty. Made in the USA (SF!!!) too!

Overall, another kick ass bag from the guys at Mission Workshop. If you're looking for a messenger bag, MW is totally worth checking out. A top contender for sure.
