Okay, this 'zine was amazing. Technically, I think it wouldn't completely fall into the 'zine category because there aren't multiple issues. 'Life in the Bike Lane' is an autobiographical story about a kid who's truck breaks down, so he digs his dad's old bike out of the garage and starts riding it back and forth to work. As things progress he falls, more and more, in love with riding bikes and doesn't worry so much about getting his truck fixed. This story is told awesomely, it draws you in almost instantly. I know dudes that don't even like reading that read this and thought it was killer. I've had my copy for probably close to a year and a half or so, and got it from a place called Idle Kids in Detroit . Your best bet in getting this would be to email him or try www.microcosmpublishing.com and see if they carry it. I just checked and yes, they do carry it, but it's out of stock right now. Keep checking though because this thing rules!
