Man, I feel like I write a lot of reviews referring to my pedicab, but it’s the bike I spend the most time on hands down. This is why I was looking for grips that would help me ride longer without pain all the way up to my elbows. Ergon hooked me up with their GP1's and I will have to admit- when I put them on my bike I thought they looked a little goofy. Goofy or not they plain work.
They are very ergonomic. They fit your hands perfect and stop you from wrenching your wrists on your bars. They idea is support a little of your palm so there is no bend in you wrist. Last year when I rode all day my arms would hurt up to my elbows. Now that I'm rocking these grips that’s stopped completely.
Everyone keeps asking me were I got them and they all want a pair. They make the large size like I have and a smaller one that works with grip shift. Word of warning if you use bar ends I recommend buying the grips that come with the bar ends because by the time you mount your shifters, brakes and grips there is no room for bars ends, and my handle bars are really wide.
