Why I'm reviewing this, I'm not sure. I traded some shirts for it, so it's not like I can use it as a write off. Never the less, here's my review. The one I've got is the standard bag, nothing special. The guy I traded with pointed me in the direction of their web site, which showed the bag in blue and yellow, which looked pretty cool, but mine is a bright ass orange and yellow. Like I said, it was free though, so choosing colors isn't really an option. The pluses: it's got a bit of reflective stitching on it, so you shouldn't get hit. The thing is huge, and it's well made. The bag's waterproof as hell and has a good inside pocket and outer pocket. The minuses: there's no stabilizer strap. A lot of people will tell you that this is what will make or break a messenger bag, they may be right but a friend with a sewing machine and a cannibalized Crumpler bag and viola! Problem solved. It also had no shoulder pad, but once again the Crumpler came to the rescue. What else can I say? It works well. Would I have paid cash for it? Maybe. |
