First, a word about our shipping process...

Please let me explain the One Less Car system to you. First, One Less Car is not Amazon, Wal Mart, The Gap, or some other giant corporation. We don't have an order department nor a shipping department, nor do we have enough cash to have keep a large inventory of our products in stock. One Less Car is me or Derek printing out orders in our living room. It's me or Derek printing the shirts one by one in the back room of our apartment. It's Derek addressing every envelope by hand (I have crappy handwriting...). It's me or Derek packing all the mail into our bags and riding our bikes to the post office and spending at least an hour there in line. Also, please keep in mind that we also have regular jobs. One Less Car is growing, but it's not a big enough venture that we still don't have to keep our day jobs... Hopefully someday One Less Car will be big enough that we can quit our day jobs and focus solely on One Less Car, but until then, this is the way things are. So, next time you have to wait three days and are upset about your order not being at your door step, please keep all of the above in mind. Again, we are a small d.i.y. venture trying to do our best. Unfortunately, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to get to you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but again, we really do try our best to get everything out to every one in a timely fashion.
